Angel's Adventure Continues PDF Print E-mail

Angel wants me to tell all of you who have read about her life in Portsmouth and Paris that she has enjoyed the many cards and letters that you have sent, since our book, Angel Come Home, has been released.

angelback-cover.jpgEven though she has been called, "brave" and a "devoted companion" by many, she wants you to know that "Its just her job."

Here are some of her thoughts she wanted to share with you:

Hello everyone,

I feel great knowing I can now communicate with you by sharing my thoughts with Stuart and he puts them on paper. Ever since we first met, I knew we would be able to talk to each other in our special way. Stuart has a light in his soul that pulls my thoughts to his and we don't know how that works, but we're just happy it does.

I miss Paris, eating in all the restaurants, the unique smells along the boulevards, and of course hearing French spoken. It's like a cat purring. I like cats now since Marie introduced me to her twelve babies.

I guess you know we live part-time in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and then we go to Naples, Florida in November.

Our home is like a carrousel, only the people go by and we stand still.

There are many windows and we are on a corner facing the road where people jog, walk, and bike. Many people use this path to take their dogs for a long walk on their way to Peirce Island. That's where I can have my leash removed and I can run and visit with the other dogs.

We'll be leaving Portsmouth soon. We'll be driving south toward Naples. Stuart said we will stop in Cumming, Georgia. He wants me to meet the people who work at Axess Printing Solutions where our book, Angel Come Home was made.

I especially like the cover, both the back and the front.

Other dogs have asked me if I like all the attention I'm getting since the novel was released.  I can tell you what I tell them. It's fun. We get the best outside tables at restaurants and people are always saying, "Hello Angel."  That makes me happy. I don't mind people staring at me. It is more difficult for me when we go out because I have to always be on my best behavior. One day a woman followed us several blocks on Market Street. When I turned around, she would pretend to be looking in the shop window. I gave her a friendly bark and she laughed, then she came over to pet me.
