There are many adjectives to describe "Angel Come Home." Words such as, suspenseful, wonderful, exciting, and heartwarming to name only a few. The author sees the world with the glass half full, if not totally full. His wisdom and intuition keeps the pages moving. I'm already looking forward to a sequel.

What an adventure. I cried, laughed and lost my heart to Angel, the brave dog who says, "It's my job." I was convinced that Angel spoke her true feelings. This novel has affected my attitude toward pets, especially dogs and cats.

Angel Come Home is a delightful read for a wide audience. Set mostly in the world's most romantic city, the author takes us on an intriguing search for a lost dog through lesser-known neighborhoods of Paris. The tale is told with a light heart, introducing the reader to a cast of characters, lovable, menacing, whimsical and serious, all in pursuit of Angel who is quite a character of her own - she actually talks to the reader.

Both entertaining and informative, the novel keeps the reader's attention, riveted by the fast moving unraveling of the plot. There are laughs, gasps, and even a tear or two as the novel moves along. The only disappointment is that it ends...or does it?

Bravo to the author, Stuart Wisong and bravo to Angel. A charming tale told with grace and imagination. I cannot wait to present my grand daughters with copies of the novel. Angel Come Home can be enjoyed by adults but it is an especially appropriate gift for teens and pre-teens. No parent or grand parent would ever object to its content.
