Angel Come Home Header
The novel, “Angel Come Home,” and the Angel Come Home Legacy for Animal Welfare, were created to benefit organizations that support domestic animals, farm animals and wildlife.  All animal welfare organizations have the opportunity to request donations. Donations are made as a result of the funds generated by the sale of the novel.

Profits from the sale of books sold in your area are collected and divided among the animal welfare organizations located within the county where the books are sold. If you wish to receive a donation, please submit our application for consideration. You can download the application form below, complete it, and mail it in for review.

The Bond, Our Kinship with Animals

by Stuart R. Wisong, Author and Educator

"What is this bond between our pets and ourselves? Why do we experience such a profound loss when they leave us? Could it be that our companions have something that we humans don't have?

I say emphatically, yes they do! Our companions have an angelic, pure goodness, that no other living being possesses. What is this goodness that once experienced we cannot live without? It is the pure joy that comes from their unconditional love, devotion, gentleness, dedication, forgiveness, loyalty, and compassion, that all humans desire. Is it any wonder that we feel such overwhelming devastation from the passing of our companions?
