Each suit represents different aspects of life and contains 14 cards: ten numbered cards and four court cards (Page, Knight, Queen, King). The Minor Arcana consists of 56 cards, divided into four suits: Wands, Cups, Swords, and Pentacles:

Wands (associated with fire, creativity, action)

Wands, depicted as staffs or branches, signify growth, inspiration, and the spark of creation, representing the driving force behind actions and ambitions. This suit reflects energy, initiative, and pursuing goals with passion.

Cups (water, emotions, relationships)

The motif of the Cup, a vessel that holds water, represents emotions and how we give or receive feelings, highlighting the flow and depth of relationships. This suit is tied to matters of the heart, intuition, and emotional connections.

Swords (air, intellect, thoughts, conflict)

Swords, depicted as sharp weapons, symbolize the mind’s ability to cut through confusion and confront challenges, representing the clarity. This suit often focuses on intellectual struggles, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

Pentacles (Earth, material aspects, finances, career)

Pentacles, shown as coins, symbolize material wealth and resources, relating to practical, earthly concerns like finances and career. This suit represents stability, security, and the physical world.
